Super Foods of Summer: Summer is the season of overflowing farmers markets, monster salads, and abundant flavor and nutrients - but so little time or patience for fancy cooking. We will highlight some of summer's super-foods, packed with antioxidants and disease fighters, talk a little about preserving, and try a couple of super-simple recipes. 

For extra fun help us celebrate "National Sneak Some Zuchhini On Your Neighbor's Porch Day" by bringing a copy of your favorite healthful zucchini recipe to share. 

This class incorporates cooking lessons and best practices in the kitchen for optimal ease and enjoyment, using seasonal and farm fresh produce! Come learn easy and practical ways to enliven your food to best manage the hectic and often overwhelming experience of cancer.;
