About this series:

The regular medical appointments for chemotherapy, radiation, lab draws, scans and doctor visits have slowed down or stopped. What now? Join this supportive four-week class to discover your next steps and to process post-treatment anxiety.

Led by Annie Mascorro AMFT, RN these interactive sessions will give you time to reflect and create an action plan to care for your mind, body, and spirit. Replace worrying about the future with planning for the future—baby steps or big life changes—you get to decide. You’ll complete this class with a renewed sense of purpose and plans to start achieving them. We hold space for all attendees as we are aware that coming to a place for being ready to "Move Forward" may happen at different times after treatment ends.

This is a Hybrid offering that gives you the option to attend in-person OR attend the same session virtually via Zoom. To register, click the above green button, "Click here to register online". You will be prompted to chose if you would like to attend "In Person" or "Zoom - Virtual" during the registration process. This series is designed for individuals who haven't previously take part in it. (Class dates: June 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th)

Our classes and programs are funded by grants, sponsors, donors and clients who are paying it forward. Cancer can be expensive; we do not want finances to be a barrier to accessing our valuable programming. Pay-as-you-can with a suggested donation amount per class of $10-$25.
