About this series:

Join us in the Caregiving Coping Circle, a nurturing space where caregivers come together to share experiences, insights, and empowering strategies while navigating the challenges of supporting a loved one through their cancer journey. This circle offers a supportive sanctuary to connect with others who understand your unique caregiving role, free from judgment or analysis.

At the Caregiving Coping Circle, we extend a warm welcome to caregivers assisting individuals with various cancer types and stages. We understand that sharing your journey is a deeply personal choice, and there is no pressure to do so until you are ready. When you decide to open up, you'll find a profound source of knowledge and support from fellow caregivers who have walked a similar path.

You can choose to attend in person or join us online for added convenience. During these sessions, we may delve into a range of topics and practices, including:

  • Navigating the uncertainty that accompanies caregiving
  • Coping with challenging emotions, such as depression, sadness, and anger
  • Dealing with the emotions projected onto you by others
  • Exploring the evolving identity of a caregiver

The Caregiving Coping Circle is your supportive community, offering solace, understanding, and valuable tools as you continue to provide care for your loved one on their cancer journey.

Our classes and programs are funded by grants, sponsors, donors and clients who are paying it forward. Cancer can be expensive; we do not want finances to be a barrier to accessing our valuable programming. Pay-as-you-can with a suggested donation amount per class of $10-$25.
