About this series:

Come together to share experiences, ideas and empowering practices for continuing to move forward after a cancer diagnosis in a safe space to be present with your emotions without analysis or judgement.

Our supportive coping circle warmly welcomes all individuals facing different cancer types and stages. There's absolutely no pressure to share if you're not ready, as we deeply respect each attendee and their unique journey. However, when you do choose to share, you'll discover the profound ability to learn from one another.

Our meetings take place on the last Monday of each month, providing a consistent opportunity to connect and develop empowering practices. Attend in person or online. Within these gatherings, we'll explore various topics and practices such as:

·  Fear of recurrence

·  Fear of uncertainty

·  Coping with difficult emotions - depression, sadness, anger etc.

·  Dealing with projected emotions from others

·  Identity

·  Vulnerability

Our classes and programs are funded by grants, sponsors, donors and clients who are paying it forward. Cancer can be expensive; we do not want finances to be a barrier to accessing our valuable programming. Pay-as-you-can with a suggested donation amount per class of $10-$25.
