Sacramento Cancer Wellness Retreat
This special daylong retreat in Sacramento is for patients, survivors and caregivers dealing with the stress of cancer. The day will include a sampling of Wellness Within's programming - -helping you to relax, reflect, and be in community with people with shared experiences. You will also learn/improve wellness practices you can practice in your daily life.
